Refund and Cancellation Policy

At GeoTrend (Haysoft IT), we strive to provide transparent services to our users. As a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, our cancellation and refund policies are strictly governed by the following terms.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly or yearly subscription at any time through your account settings panel at no extra cost. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, allowing you full access to your plan’s features. No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation.
2. Limited Refund Policy
GeoTrend provides instantaneous digital content and data analysis. Therefore, our refund policy is strictly limited:
- Technical Failures: Refund requests are only evaluated within the first 7 days of the initial purchase, and solely in cases where our platform experiences a persistent technical failure that prevents service delivery and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
- Service Usage Exclusion: If you have accessed premium tools, initiated any website analysis, viewed AI visibility reports, or downloaded generated files (e.g., JSON-LD, LLMs.txt), the service is deemed fully delivered and consumed. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
- Subscription Renewals: Automatic renewals for monthly or yearly plans are non-refundable under any circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to cancel your subscription before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
3. Technical Restrictions & Disclaimers
We are not responsible if a target website cannot be analyzed due to external restrictions such as bot-blocking mechanisms, anti-scraping tools, firewalls, CDN protections (e.g., Cloudflare, Akamai), or robots.txt rules. No refunds or credits will be provided for uncompleted analyses caused by these website-side limitations.
4. EU Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal Exception
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services and software if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent. By running your first analysis or accessing premium reports, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal.
